Orders are typically processed and shipped on the same business day if payment is received before 3pm PT.
In most cases, orders will ship within a maximum of 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
We ship from our facility in Los Angeles, California.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email for real-time updates.
Shipping Rates
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee per item (shipping is calculated per item in your order):
Domestic (United States): $9.25 per item
International: $25 per item
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Includes all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Delivery times vary by USPS service and destination but typically range from 2-7 business days after shipping.
We ship to P.O. Boxes and residential addresses.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide via USPS international services.
Delivery times vary significantly by destination, typically ranging from 7-30 business days (or longer due to customs processing).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our shipping rates or product prices and are assessed upon arrival in your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimates.
Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or abandoned, with no refund for the original shipping costs.
Certain countries may have restrictions on importing our products. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

Once the package is handed to USPS, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. In the rare event of a lost or undeliverable package, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.
